Golf

Hi fellow bloggers
This week we went to golf, the person that taught us golf was called Paul. First things first, we learnt that the lowest score is the best score and it was 3. We were put in groups. Some people had 2 and some people had 3. I was in a group with 3 people in it. He taught us how to hold a golf club. We had to hit the ball at the target. We had to make sure our feet were together and pointing to the tee when we were hitting the ball.

This week we went on a nature walk. We used our 5 senses; touch, see, smell, taste, hear. On our nature walk we were given a piece of paper and a pencil, the theme was Autumn. We had to draw a picture of something and write words using our 5 senses. Here is my work.

Ohaeawai Schools Commonwealth Games

In term 1 Ohaeawai School put on their own Commonwealth Games. The seniors got into groups and decided a game and planned it, and got the equipment for the game. We also made a flag of a country that participated in the Commonwealth Games. We also made a poster that said Jamaica because our flag was Jamaica. We also had to make an advertisement and rules poster but my rules were on my advertisement poster.
